Delivery Conditions

Our delivery policy

During the ordering process, you can choose from several options:

  • Pick up your order at Zevenheuvelenweg 2 in Tilburg (free of charge)
  • Delivery by PACKS (additional costs apply)
  • Delivery by Janssens Oriënt (free of charge, delivery date to be arranged with Janssens Oriënt)
  • We can also handle dropshipping to the end customer (consumer) for you.

Shipping Partners

At Janssens Oriënt we only work with the best trusted partners around. We manage the majority of transportation of our products ourselves, however to ensure that our clients receive their products fast, we may occasionally engage an external shipping partner. That being said, we only ship our products with PACKS. This makes sure your order will arrive quick and safe at your doorstep.
